FAQ - Frequently asked questions

When am I a competitive athlete?
If you train more than 5 hours per week and / or participate in competitions or league competitions - but I will not question that. If you have the feeling that the combination of work/study and sport brings you to your limits every now and then, then you are right here

Is the coaching online?
The coaching is 100% online and takes place via Zoom. All appointments, whether 1:1 or in a group are online only.

Are the group calls recorded?
Assuming consent, we record the group meetings. This gives each participant the opportunity to get the best out of the coaching

When will the group calls take place?
So that everyone can be there live, the meetings will take place on alternating days of the week. Start will be at 7 pm. Duration 60 - 90 minutes

Do I have to be in the Facebook group?
No, of course not, that's a bonus I'm happy to offer you for further, time-independent exchange. I will also check the group from time to time and answer questions if necessary.
