a) the double burden of work/study and training is high and often stressful.
b) there is too little time for relaxation, regeneration and what else is important in life besides sports.
As an expert on the topic of stress management for competitive athletes, I am currently working on how working athletes can manage not to lose the fun and performance in training and, despite professional stress, still create space for themselves and the things that are really important in life. I would like to know more about this and understand my target group better.
